The best corporate gift is the one that does not feel corporate.
Not the one that arrives in a branded box and sits on a desk for a week before being set aside. But the one that gets used — every day, in every meeting, on every journey — until the leather has softened and darkened and begun to tell its own story.
At Priestleys, we work with businesses, brands and hospitality teams across the UK to create bespoke leather pieces that carry your values into the world long after the event, the meeting, or the gifting moment has passed. Handcrafted in our Lincolnshire studio from responsibly sourced vegetable-tanned leather — pieces designed to last decades, not seasons.
The making:
Every commission begins the same way — with your world.
The atmosphere you want to create. The values you want to communicate. The feeling you want someone to have when they hold the piece for the first time, and the hundredth time. We listen to all of that before a single piece of leather is cut.
From there, everything is made by hand in our Lincolnshire studio. Hand cut from hides we choose ourselves at the tannery. Hand finished, edge by edge, piece by piece, to exactly the same standard whether we are making ten pieces or two hundred. Every commission is quality-checked individually before it leaves us — because the person who receives the last piece deserves the same care as the person who receives the first.
We use vegetable-tanned leather sourced directly from Leather Working Group certified and independently audited tanneries — the same standard used by the world's finest leather houses. It is leather chosen because it improves with use rather than deteriorating — softening, deepening in colour, and developing a patina over time that makes every piece feel increasingly personal to the person who carries it.
That is what your brand leaves with them. Not just an object. A material that keeps getting better — and keeps reminding them of you.
Who we work with:
We make bespoke leather corporate gifts for client Christmas gifting programmes, conference and event gifting, hotel guest welcome gifting, new business pitch gifts, staff milestone and recognition gifts, brand launch pieces, motorsport and automotive gifting, and corporate hospitality commissions and the military.
We work with businesses who want their gift to feel considered rather than convenient. Who understand that a well-made leather piece carries a brand story further and for longer than almost anything else you could give.
We are always interested in hearing from brands and businesses who share our values. If you care about craft, longevity and the story behind what you give — we would love to hear from you.

We Are MBP
The client
We Are MBP is a relationship-driven sports marketing agency built upon partnerships, motivated by their clients and driven by delivery. Founded in 2013 and based in Royston, Hertfordshire, they work with some of the world's most recognisable talents and biggest brands across motorsport, sponsorship, talent management, events and digital. At the heart of everything they do is a belief that the strongest relationships are built on trust, shared values, and the quality of what you deliver.
The Brief.
We were commissioned by MBP to create150 bespoke leather notebook covers for gifts for an up coming event. The brief was clear: something considered, something handmade, something that reflected the standard of the relationships MBP builds with their clients. We were also asked to create a set of matching menu covers, for MBP’s prestigious events. covers that would be used again and again and add a considered brand touch point at their events.
What We Made
We handcrafted 150 A6 notebooks, from vegetable tanned leather. Each notebook was embossed the brands bold logo on the front in sliver to give each notebook the wow factor. A selection of the notebooks where embossed with initials to add a touch of personalisation. In addition each logo was blind embossed with the BCORP logo on the back, to highlight this wonderful commitment to sustainability that MBP have achieved.
We also produced a set of vegetable‑tanned leather menu covers, each cut, moulded and finished by hand in our Lincolnshire studio. The covers were embossed with the brands logo in sliver and designed to develop a rich patina and character over time. Branded subtly and made in small batches, every piece is unique — a quiet expression of craft in a busy hospitality setting.

Mark Lloyd Jewellery
Mark Lloyd is an award‑winning contemporary jeweller known for bold, sculptural pieces and meticulous craftsmanship. His studio creates one‑of‑a‑kind designs, and he needed packaging that reflected the same level of care and individuality.
The Brief
Mark required a set of leather jewellery pouches for his new collection of memorial jewellery, they needed to protect each piece, feel considered in the hand, and align with the brands aesthetic and have a sense of sensitivity, The challenge was creating something soft, durable and elegant enough to accompany high‑value, handcrafted jewellery — without resorting to generic packaging.
What We Made
We designed and made a collection of hand‑cut, stitched and finished leather pouches in a rich, understated colourway chosen to complement his jewellery. Each pouch was personalised with the Mark Lloyd branding using a gold embossed finish, the leather used had a soft velvet outer and a firmer temper inside to protect delicate pieces. The result is a set of pouches that feel purposeful, tactile and in harmony with the craftsmanship of the jewellery they hold.
